Apple Store iPhone App Updated

Apple has updated its Apple Store iPhone application to the Hold function "self-checkout, allowing buyers to buy items at Apple's retail stores, without including the need for an employee to pay.

Upgrading the Apple App Store now allows users to the desired item to buy on the shelves of Apple's retail stores, and then scan the barcode to your iPhone camera sing. This then allows the element to an iTunes account, and the content of applications and other online music. The update also extends the application iOS Apple's personal collection option for all U.S. retail stores.
What’s New in Version 2.0
- Personal Pickup: Buy in the app and choose to pick up your order at any Apple Retail Store. Most in-stock orders are available for pickup within an hour. (U.S. only)
- EasyPay: Purchase select accessories in store quickly by scanning the barcode and completing your transaction right in the app. (U.S. only, requires iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S)
- Track your stuff: View the status of current and previous orders from the order status section in the More tab.

No need to interact with people during the process, the buyer simply leave the shop, although it is still unclear whether there will be some type of security control to minimize the risk of theft.

As anyone who has ever been proven to be recorded in an Apple Store, often grab a call to your sales staff is one of the most irritating of an otherwise flawless experience. With the best will in the world, Apple can not staff enough people to meet demand during times of increased store traffic. This new way of purchasing items will certainly help in this sense, although of course I hope that Apple will not be used as a way to justify the use of fewer people than it already does.

The self-checkout system will be available for everything currently on the shelves in an Apple Store with the largest, most valuable elements, the process still the help of a staff member of the order. Apple has also begun implementing a new system, buyers can purchase items online, then they get in the store again reduces the time needed to save one of the purchase process and staff crowded.

Apple will certainly take advantage of all that busy on the holiday shopping season in the coming weeks.
