Judge Refuses To Ban iPhone 4S Sales In Italy

Unless you've been living under a rock, or perhaps a great Android phone, chances are you know that both Samsung and Apple in your hair for some time, are both supporting and arguing against all kinds of weird and wonderful things.

The last battle in the all-out war between the two giants is all iPhone 4S to stop trying with Samsung Apple be able to sell its latest smartphone in Italy, all sorts of places.

Not surprisingly, Apple does not really like the idea, and as such were the couple slogging it in court.
