Samsung is Demanding Apple To Hand Over iPhone 4S Firmware Source Code

I'm sure you would be all one or the other on the ongoing legal dispute between Samsung and Apple to read, so here's a little more "for you, Samsung is now asking the Australian court for the source code of the iPhone 4S 'firmware and all agreements that have been with Vodafone, Telstra and Optus in Australia made before the start.

Obviously, this fight between these two great companies now hit turbulence with Apple to get the Galaxy Table 10.1 temporarily banned in South Korea, and mostly illegal in Australia, to Samsung, Apple could not refuse an offer, which apparently does not turn out that well for Samsung as well.

With Samsung now archiving these prohibitions against Apple and its use of its wireless patents, said Cynthia Cochrane Australian courts today:
"It goes to show that since the iPhone 3G was made available in Australia in July 2008, the impact on the market for every iPhone product has been significant, and has lead to a substantial increase…in market share by revenue"

And so there is an action has been the company (Apple) have all the source code of the 4S and transactions before the iPhone launch point in the future. Samsung is trying to see all this information so that he knows the exact amount of pay compared to what Apple pays for Samsung.
Apple deny the infringement claiming Samsung agreed to license the three patents in question under Fair, Reasonable, and Non-Discriminatory terms (FRAND) standard.

Samsung is a major problem concerns the fact that the iPhone 4S for sale in Australia for more than two weeks ago, Apple presented their problems in the past before the date of publication, but I feel Samsung have lost this battle, also makes the path before to light.

Apple and Samsung have this battle for the future more than a year and I feel there is always a little "stupid, one of these companies should take this step before they hit a financial one. Why not on the best products for their customers and to focus less on the fighting in court?

In both cases, this will continue for the foreseeable future and will continue until one of them noticed, there are better things to do. What do you think think of this constant struggle between these global tech companies? Do you think its all getting a little "uncomfortable? Please leave your comments and tell us what you see on our Facebook fan page, thinking of course.
