Samsung Copying Apple Thing…The Whole Story

Most of you know now that Apple and Samsung are in a grueling legal battle. Last April, the Cupertino company has a lawsuit against Samsung for violating their "brand" or in layman's terms, shamelessly copied his drawings of the equipment stored.

The ongoing dispute has led to a temporary ban on Samsung Galaxy Tab and other devices in different countries, and the two companies are about to square off here in the U.S.. Measured against this new "proof", I would say that Apple has the upper hand ...

John Gruber of Daring Fireball points to this interesting collage of photos that recently surfaced on Reddit. The pictures show some cases of Samsung to "inspiration" for everything from the design of the tablet, the packaging of the device and the USB cable. get

You can argue all they want to allegations that Samsung copied the design of the Apple iPad. One can also say that Apple does not mark a sleek, rectangular case, because it is the natural evolution of tablets.

But we can not say that Samsung is not copying Apple in many ways. It's like Apple is the smart kid in class who gets straight A on tests, and Samsung has caught at it.
